Beginner Glass Art Course: Create your first piece with the Tiffany technique

Basic Information
Level: Perfect for beginners – no prior experience needed, just a desire to create.
Duration: 3:30h
Recommended for: Teens and adults (+14) due to sharp glass handling and use of soldering irons. (Minors must be accompanied by an adult.)
Would you love to create your own handmade stained glass piece? In this one-day course, you'll learn the basics of the Tiffany technique and make a finished piece to take home. Choose from simple pre-designed patterns perfect for a single session.
No experience required. We'll guide you step by step through cutting, soldering, and assembling glass.

What’s included?
The course includes all the materials and tools you’ll need to complete your piece and take it home.
(If you'd like to make a piece different from the suggested ones and it requires more glass, the extra will be charged separately.)
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes: preferably cotton. You might get messy or accidentally burn yourself, so comfort comes first :)
Closed shoes: for safety, as glass may fall to the floor. We want to avoid accidents!
Be on time: we start as a group so everyone has time to finish their piece without rush.
Changes and cancellations
Can’t make it? No problem! You can reschedule your spot with at least 7 days’ notice.
If you cancel more than 14 days in advance, we’ll refund 75% of the fee. Unfortunately, cancellations with shorter notice are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to help you reschedule.

Join us weekly to work on your personal projects, learn alongside others and enjoy the space at your own pace. Choose the day and time that best suits you. You can also book one-off or intensive sessions. Just ask!

DeVidres is a space built with love and care for glass art. It will keep growing with time, patience and dedication. For now, it’s equipped with:
- Large, comfortable table for cutting and soldering.
- Glass cutting tools.
- Multiple grinders.
- Several soldering irons.
- Fusing kiln (Coming soon)
- A small kitchen with sink, coffee maker and fridge.
To keep us fueled and hydrated while we learn and create! - On-site shop with supplies and tools so you always have what you need at hand.
Rates and Schedule
Recommended weekly use is 3 hours, but you can choose what fits your needs best. Schedule subject to availability:
Monday 16:00–19:00
Tuesday 16:00–19:00
Weekly pass (3h/week): €65
Single hour: €7
Includes access to the studio, shared tools and kitchen.
